Gazebo/Units/Vehicles: The Lancashire Festival does not take responsibility to provide any shelter for businesses, what is your pitch size?
Public Liability Insurance: we require traders to provide their own PLI.

Food traders are required to provide a minimum 3 star food hygiene rating:
We do not accept business with less than 5 star, but the local authority stipulate a minimum 3.
Food traders are required to provide a minimum level 2 food hygiene certificate:
This is a mandatory required document for ALL food traders and those handling fresh products.
Gas Safety Certificate: we require food traders who use gas to provide this.
You must be able to provide high resolution versions of the certificate on demand.
Electrical Safety Certificate: we require food traders who use electricity to provide this.
Please be prepared to provide this certificate if you have any electrical hook up
Generator Health & Safety: does your generator comply with the regulations set in the generator health and safety PDF?
Importantly: All portable generators for electrical power supplies will be fuelled by Diesel, have low noise emissions and be fitted with Earth Leakage Circuit Breakers and earth spikes conforming to BS 7430: 1991 Code of Practice for earthing.
By ticking the box below, you agree to understand that The Lancashire Festival is currently in planning stages and is not yet 100% confirmed to be going ahead. The event industry makeup has become flooded with crippling costs, so at the moment we are working hard on an Arts Council funding application, and continueing the planning as though everything is going ahead. This way we gain confidence that the public + businesses are all interested and can prove that the event will be sustainable.
