All vendors must provide their own equipment, we do not supply tables, chairs, gazebos, hand wash facilities, electricity or gas.

You must be totally self-sufficient.

Please select the correct category your business/organisation falls into.
In a brief overview, please list or explain your main selling products. For example: “Joshua’s Soaps sells handwashing soap, clothing detergent soaps, soap filled sponges, and all the packaging is recyclable.”
Minimum indemnity Β£5million
Minimum indemnity Β£10million (if applicable)
We do not accept business with less than 5 star, but the local authority stipulate a minimum 3.
This is a mandatory required document for ALL food traders and those handling fresh products.
You must be able to provide high resolution versions of the certificate on demand.
Please be prepared to provide this certificate if you have any electrical hook up
Importantly: All portable generators for electrical power supplies will be fuelled by Diesel, have low noise emissions and be fitted with Earth Leakage Circuit Breakers and earth spikes conforming to BS 7430: 1991 Code of Practice for earthing.
