| Entertainment crew | 2 per shift | 10am till 3pm / 2:30pm till 6pm |

🛠️ What Kind of Roles Are Available?
We’re looking for volunteers to help with:
- Event setup and packdown
- Welcoming and stewarding guests
- Information point and lost property
- Stage assistance and artist liaison
- Supporting workshops and family areas
- No experience necessary – just bring a good attitude and a willingness to help.
📘 Volunteer Handbook & Policy
All volunteers will receive a Volunteer Handbook and Policy Guide before the event. These documents include everything you need to know about expectations, responsibilities, safeguarding, health & safety, and your rights as a volunteer.

Volunteer Briefing: 4th May 2025 TBC
Setup Crew Needed: Friday 18th July from 4pm and early morning Saturday 19th
